I went into Acura of Westchester to check a quote I was given by another dealer and to get their price. I had an amazing experience at Acura of Westchester. I instantly felt comfortable when I walked in and was treated well by everyone I encountered. Being a young single female, I have experienced not being instantly felt comfortable when I walked in and was treated well by everyone I encountered. Being a young single female, I have experienced not being taken seriously at other dealers. I was given Anthony Rodia as a sales rep and he was excellent. I can be a little bit anal, indecisive and have a tendency to ask an obscene amount of questions to make sure I have all the information… but Anthony was very patient and handled it very professionally. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. He was very honest and even admitted that he thought the previous owner of a vehicle might have been a smoker (pet peeve of mine). I ended up purchasing a 2012 TSX and am thrilled with it. I did quite a bit of shopping and would highly recommend Acura of Westchester to anybody. It was a quick and painless experience. Overall the staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating.
