My husband and I have worked with Shannon before for our car's routine service. I recently called because the shock absorbers in my trunk broke and the trunk would not stay open. I was in a panic because I was leaving for vacation and was unable to use the trunk. Shannon was very helpful and made sure to have the parts sent the next day. She went out of her way to have my trunk fixed and have me come in at my convenience . Although I waited with my children, she had the car ready as soon as she could. Shannon was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I look forward to working with Shannon in the future. More

After test driving many vehicles I landed myself at Acura of Westchester to drive the Rdx. As we arrived we were assisted by Phil Giorgio. He was great! I came to Acura of Westchester after deciding to trade in my Ford. My primary concern was keeping my monthly costs down without compromising my choice of cars. I have leased two MDX's and took my mother in law to lease an RDX. The sales staff is knowledgable and they provide all of the information and then allow you the time to process it without the hard sales pitch. The service department is attentive, organized and extremely courteous. They provide you with a loaner vehicle if your repair will take any length of time and when you return to pick up your car you will find it washed and vacuumed! It is evident that Ken Hicks has created an environment where " above and beyond" is the dealership motto! Acura of Westchester has earned a customer for life in me! More

I had spoken with John on the dealers internet chat and made a deal for a 2012 RDX. Scheduled an appointment to have my fiance go and test drive/purchase the vehicle. On her way there she got cuaght in a made a deal for a 2012 RDX. Scheduled an appointment to have my fiance go and test drive/purchase the vehicle. On her way there she got cuaght in a bad storm and never made it. I immediatly called the dealership to inform them. John was not available so I left the message with the front desk for him to call me back. This was at 6:00pm and the dealership closed at 9:00pm. Never got a call back. I called the next morning at 9:00am to inform him she was on her way. He was again not available. About 30 minutes later he reaturns my call from the previous night and I tell him she is already on her way, and he says great, I will be waiting for her to test drive the vehicle. She arrives and like he said the RDX was waiting for her and she test drove it. After going back to his office to do the finacing, he told her "Oh sorry that vehicle was sold last night" She immediatly called me and I spoke to him and told him, why would you not tell me this earlier, she had to drive 40 miles to get there and he said well I told you to put a deposit down yesterday over the phone, which was a complete lie. then he proceded to trey to convince to buy and MDX. What a joke this guy and dealership is. In this economy and information age, you wont get too far treating customers that way. I will post this experience everywhere I can possibly find!!!!! More
