This dealership seems like they try to work with you and try to make a sale that fits your budget and needs; they don't try to force a sale on you and I feel that is very important. My family has been going to this dealership for a while (for servicing) and we never had an issue with the level of service they provide especially with Brianna. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a new Acura to buy/lease and recommend Brianna as a sales consultant. More

After each service Lori calls me to see how it was (BTW I didn't see her name as a person to rate & it s/b there) anyway give her a raise she is diligent in her quest and ALWAYS happy and outgoing. My next victim would be Tom Maxfield - you cannot have a BETTER service Advisor then Tom. He is always accommodating and does whatever he needs to do to get you in and out in record time - um he needs a raise too! Then there is Frankie Ferraro - my new sales guy. He is great - he got the memo that I am on my 25th Acura so of course did the right thing and treated me like Customer #1. And lets not forget Liam Tully part of the Frankie/Liam team or the Liam/Frankie team either way I know them both b/c Liam sold us our last TL 3 yrs ago. Bottom line folks - If you want price & service under one roof - call Kenny, Frankie or Liam where Lori will answer your calls and direct you to the right person and once your deal is complete insist you get Tom Maxfield as your Service guy. On a side note a neighbor just mentioned to me I see nothing but Acura's in your driveway - my comment was "that's how we roll". More
