I have been told during the previous visit to the service department that the windshield wipers need to be changed and won't pass inspection. Took the car for inspection and regular maintenance check few day department that the windshield wipers need to be changed and won't pass inspection. Took the car for inspection and regular maintenance check few days ago, no mention of changing the wind-shield wiper was made, instead I was told that 3 others items may need to be fixed at the cost of about $500. I will take my car to a different dealer for service next time. More

I was in search of a new car and stopped by Acura of Westchester to take a look at a few of their new models. At first I was apprehensive going by myself being that I am a female and I have heard that c Westchester to take a look at a few of their new models. At first I was apprehensive going by myself being that I am a female and I have heard that car salesmen can be a bit pushy and not give the best deal to someone who doesn't know much about the car industry. This negative connotation of the car business diminished as soon as I walked through the door and was politely greeted by a sales rep named Phil Giorgio. He was very patient and extremely personable. He made sure that I found a car that fit my needs as well as my budget. He thoroughly explained every aspect of the deal and was very knowledgable on the product. I was also greeted by one of the managers named Danny who was extremely welcoming and I felt confident that I was getting the best deal here. Our original salesperson Danny still works at the dealership (now a manager) and greeted us when we arrived and then introduced us to Brianna and Diane who did a great job handling our trade in and finalizing our purchase. The new MDX is an amazing car and even better than our last one which we had no problems with, which is very importsnt to us. My wife loves the service department (we commend Tom for his approach to customer service) and has had a no hassle experience over the last 11 years.
