I've been an Acura owner for two years and love the car. Today, I wanted to see what trade options I had. Frankie Ferraro and Liam Tully took great care to take my financial situation, mileage, and pe car. Today, I wanted to see what trade options I had. We went to Acura of Westchester to "comparison shop" the RDx with other brands of vehicles (Infiniti, Audi, BMW). After speaking with Jon Zung we never visited another dealership. Jon was very informative and really sold us on the car ( without giving a "hard sell"). He was extremely friendly and knowledgable and made our car shopping experience a very pleasant one! Matt was fantastic. I came in to trade my MDX for a TL. He listened to what I felt I was looking for and at what price I was looking to come in on my monthly loan. Phil was very attentive from the moment I arrived at the dealership. He was happy to spend time and explain the vehicle and was extremely cooperative in arranging for an extended test drive to assure that dealership. Price negotiations were quick with no games. Price was much better than another dealer I went to. This is my fourth MDX and the first time through Acura of Westchester. Pick up was ontime and again Phil was most helpful in taking me through the car's feature. Not an easy thing to say that purchasing a car was a no hassle experience but it was at Acura of Westchester. I would suggest talking to them before purchasing or leasing elsewhere. I'll be back for the next one in three years. More
