Acura of Westchester is the best dealership i have ever been to in my experience! I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and got great deals on both cars. My husband and I went to Acura of Westchester, looking to buy a larger car then what we had (our second child is about to be born). We wanted to compare the MDX to the RDX. We had gotten Jon's name from a buy a larger car then what we had (our second child is about to be born). We wanted to compare the MDX to the RDX. We had gotten Jon's name from a friend who recently bought a car from him so we set up a time to meet with Jon. Jon took several hours to explain and show us the differences between the two cars. We then test drove both cars. Jon did this with not even a hint of been frustrated with us or that we were taking up too much of his time, for a "possible sale." We then went home to think about which car we wanted, we decided on the MDX. Before we called Jon back, to tell him we wanted to go with the MDX, we got numbers from two different dealerships. With out discussing those numbers with Jon, he gave us the lowest price out of the 3 dealerships, we were amazed. Once we finalized the deal with Jon and our car was ready to be picked up, we made an appointment to meet with Jon. He again spent several hours going showing us how to set up the car i.e. Bluetooth etc I can't recommend Jon and Acura of Westchester more. More

First I'd like to start off with I am a repeat customer of Acura of Westchester since 1994. That basically sums it up! Although I now live on Long Island, I continue bringing my car their for service because of the courteous treatment I receive. I scheduled my appointment for service on my leased car with Jennifer Rodriguez. She was by far a pleasure to deal with. She has the perfect telephone personality plus had the answer to every question I asked. After dropping the car for service, I received a phone call asking if I'd like to see a sales associate since my lease was coming due. I asked if Frank was available since I had a pleasurable experience with him when I leased the car. Again, without exception, Liam and he, provided me with the service I have come to expect. After listening to my concerns, leasing was no longer ideal for me. After going over my options, (and no other car other than an Acura is an option), I chose to go with a certified pre-owned RDX. It was the best decision I made. I have peace of mind knowing that I will continue to receive the best service for my car and will always enjoy my Acura for years to come. And best of all, my kids love it! Thanks Frank and Liam! More
