The whole process at Acura of Westchester is simple, efficent and quick. The initial call is received immediately, the appointment date and time is accomodated regardless of how soon it's needed. 5 STARS!!! anyone who will attempt to say different is most likely the issues themselves. I can start off by saying This was a sales experience I never expected on so many levels. I Flew into JFK where a most likely the issues themselves. I can start off by saying This was a sales experience I never expected on so many levels. I Flew into JFK where a caught a cab to see the people at Acura of Westchester (which they comped me for) and had the opportunity to meet Matt Belov and Frank Cardillo for the first time for what was my largest car purchase to date in a city that is not my own and began to service me more like a neighbor than a number. THIS IS WHERE IT GETS CRAZY.... Papers Signed, Hands shacked, and friends made.... I hit the road, and play with the Navigation as i remembered I had one last question for the two of them about my refundable deposit (which I received within a few business days). I pull off of a side street right in front of the dealership and I get T-Boned by a woman speeding down Palmer rd and wrecks my new purchase, and sends me for a loop! There is NO WAY what so ever I could have taken care of this situation on my own from here without the help of Matt, Frank, and now Danny Gianotti....I am sorry to anyone else who helped who I cannot remember. This bump to my head did more then give me a concussion and make me forgetful however. This car Literally saved me from putting my head through the side window and for that may have even saved my life. I knew once I walked away from this accident with No cuts, No bruises, was dizzy but couldn't feel on my head where I hit that there was no other car I wanted to purchase but an Acura and then came out to see was my sales team. Danny went above and beyond running through every single car they had whether it was ready for the floor or not and ultimately found me a car for almost the exact same price that was also the upgraded SH-awd (which has AWD, Ventilated seats, 18" wheels, and a more powerful motor). He pushed my now 2nd Acura in an hour, up the line to get cleaned and detailed immediately to help me not only get a great deal, but an Acura, and for that matter an option of going home.... Frank did the magic he does so well and with Westchester's relationship with Honda financing was able to get me approved for another car due to the circumstances even though it was a Saturday and no way to prove anything to the lending company. A relationship like that cannot be faked or duplicated. It something you either have or you just dont..... Frank and Westchester simply DO. As great as that already sounds these two guys Frank, Matt, and Danny all did everything they could to also get the wrecked vehical back into the name of the dealer so that it would save me even more work. These guys are without a doubt the best. Matt was my actual salesman who had no idea of the storm i was bringing. I called him on a saturday evening the week before I picked up my car. From 300 miles away this man searched every bit of inventory and then some to find a vehical that fit all of what I was asking for and staying in my price range. 1 Day later he calls me with a perfect option and I put a deposit on said car. Matt negotiated the original pick up of my cap fare as well as the parameters of me showing up. He even got in early that day to meet me at the doors of the dealership and had everything ready for me to get in and out as quick as possible keeping my commute in mind. Then came the accident and to say that he was anything less then all of that once again with my second purchase would be a flat out lie. I want to also say thank you to each and every person on staff at Acura of Westchester. Your willingness to help and friendliness from beginning to end was appreciated beyond belief. I can factually say that there was not ONE SINGLE employee who when wasnt with a customer didn't stop to ask me how I felt and if they can bring me a water. Pretty sure I had about 5 waters at one point. They also invited me to eat lunch and shared some great conversation with me which i felt was the most helpful part of getting my head back together to take all of this in. Everyone here is an exceptional employee and and even better person. All I look for when Im searched for a salesperson to work with is someone REAL. A person who understand people and would at the end of any day do as well by you as they would want you to do by them. I will hands down not buy a vehical in the future from any other dealer and even with the distance involved tell each and every person I know that its worth it in every way to Choose Acura of Westchester If there is anyone who would like a verbal reference to Matt Belov he has my contact info and Id be happy for him to share that with you if you would like for me to personally share my experience with you.
