Our sales representative was very good, he went above and beyond to make the sale and take care of us when we picked the vehicle up. The delivery process went smoothly. The vehicle was ready, with the added equipment installed, when we arrived. The cleaning and detailing could have been better. Some issues were missed in cleaning the car such as fully removing the residue of stickers on windows, etc., but overall the car was clean. This may have been the result of being very busy at the end of the year. This is our first time buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle so we knew there would be some minor imperfections (scratches, dings, etc.). Most were taken care of. Overall we were satisfied with purchasing a car from this dealership. More

I have been dealing with Acura of Westchester for over 25 years. In June I leased my 4th MDX and last month, I leased an RLX for my wife. As for me, I would not even consider dealing with another dealership for my car needs. The people I have dealt with over the years have been superb and this time around was no exception. Our primary sales contact was Rob Ellard. If you are looking to be treated in the nicest way with absolutely no pressure, this is the salesperson to use. His kindness is obvious. You truly feel all he wants to do is satisfy is customers. I have known Rob a long time and this is probably the single most important reason for his success. The general manager, Ken Hicks, has had involvement in my car purchases since 1987. There has NEVER been a time I left Acura of Westchester with a desire to go elsewhere. When it comes time to complete the financing aspect of your purchase/lease, Alex will like Rob, advise you of accessories, but will in no way try to talk you into something you do not want. What a pleasure to be able to drive a consistently reliable vehicle and know that you have people like this to deal with! More

I brought my car in for 3 things - Oil Change because light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressur light was on, tire pressure check because display was indicating it, and annual inspection. The next morning when getting in my car the tire pressure check was back on. So to me they didn't do a proper check on the initial visit and just reset the indicator. This caused me to take more time out of my busy schedule to bring the car back and have serviced properly. To there credit they didn't charge me once bringing it back in. However it still was an un necessary second visit it should have been detected and corrected on the initial visit. More
