I went to Acura of Westchester to inquire about leasing an ILX and was helped by Kelly Ryder, who my family and I found to be a very kind and down-to-earth person. After a test drive and Kelly's explanation of all the features, including the differences between the premium and technology packages I was sold. She was very patient when we sat down to talk numbers and helped me decide what was best for me. I came in to sign paperwork and pick up my new car the next day, which seemed to take less than 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership, and Kelly, to friends and family. The reason for the 4 in Friendliness was because Diane, who I believe works in financing, was much less personable than everyone else with whom I interacted (i.e., when I sat down with her she didn't say hello, introduce herself, or really look up from the papers she was about to hand me; she simply started talking about what I needed to do in order to pick up the car the next day). This contrasted greatly with the likes of Jose Crespo, who pleasantly greeted us at the door, and Danny Giannotti, who spontaneously came over to introduce himself and congratulate me on my new lease. But hey, 4/5 ain't bad! More

I just recently leased a 2014 Acura MDX base mode black with parchment leather interior. The car had to be special ordered as they were out of stock on that particular color combination. When I leased my car in Sept. 2012 the experience was great. My RDX was just serviced due to a broken sunroof, and I brought in the car, they gave me a loaner car, and everyone was extremely accommodati great. We just leased our fourth Acura, a 2014 RDX, from Acura of Westchester. As usual, Ken Hicks gave us an unbeatable price and took us out of our existing TSX lease early. Just as importantly, our leasing consultant, Brianna Tozzo, once again made the whole experience a real pleasure. This was our third lease with Brianna, and each time the visit to complete the lease and take the car gets easier. She had the details for our newest lease prepared before we even arrived, so the only thing left for us to do was take a test drive, and say yes! Brianna never tries to pressure us to make a decision, but always tries to guide us in the right direction and give us the information we need. Even after we get the car, Brianna always makes herself available if we have questions, or just want to stop in and say hi. It is because of Brianna and Ken that we will only go to Acura of Westchester, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an Acura. More

I was looking for an Acura MDX to replace an older model I had purchased from another dealership. The team at Acura of Westchester was very helpful yet not pushy, showed my all of the options in my price r I had purchased from another dealership. The team at Acura of Westchester was very helpful yet not pushy, showed my all of the options in my price range an even helped to guide me on some of the features that i had originally wanted but didn't really need. They had a huge inventory and the exact model/color/mileage I wanted in stock in a used car...rare. I even got a model year newer than expected. The prices were really competitive and Jose could not have made my experience any easier. I walked out the door with a new car in less than an hour and drove it home later that day. Excellent! More

Which is how he introduced himself to me. Being that you get rated, it would have been nice to know his real name. Your location was the first my wife and myself decided to go. Spoke with Matt Belov and Jose Crespo last year in November and in December. My wife gave Matt her information as well as a copy of her license. We test drove the RDX Tech Package with Jose. Jose called me on the last week of December, only to tell me he'll call back with numbers. He never did. We decided to go to another dealer. To make this long story short we are very interested in purchasing the RDX with Tech Package but since your manager "Tony" said I can take my business elsewhere, I will. His exact words were " This is how we do business, I was to give him the information and if not that I can do business elsewhere."
