I normally avoid going to the dealerships for service because my previous experience wasn't so great at others this was my first time going to Acura of westchester and it was great my appointment was for because my previous experience wasn't so great at others this was my first time going to Acura of westchester and it was great my appointment was for 12 and at 12 they started didn't wait long just what was estimated Alvin helped me and got my car fixed promptly when my car was returned to me it was even WASHED. i immediately recommended a friend who also went was was happy with the service. This Acura is overall a good dealer, with dependent staff. Vincent and Tony are great! We looked at 4 other dealers before going to Acura of Westchester. Went in thinking we would go with A Kia Sorento but the quality of service, the aggressive pricing and the car before going to Acura of Westchester. Went in thinking we would go with A Kia Sorento but the quality of service, the aggressive pricing and the car quality quickly changed are mind and we purchased an Acura MDX.
