I was referred to Brianna from a friend and pretty much negotiated the terms over email and phone over a few days. This dealership gave me the best price of the MDX and the best trade-in value for my car. There was never any "shady" numbers or salesman talk throughout the process. The number they gave me was always the number we went with. It's funny I am commenting on this, but it is not the case in many dealerships that I have visited. Working with Brianna was such a a pleasure. She is very responsive, understanding to your concerns and always willing to work with me. She was very patient despite my many questions and always maintained a friendly and professional attitude. On the day of the pick-up I still had my reservations (again due to past experiences). But I have to say it was the smoothest process I could think of. All paperwork was ready, they gave me the trade-in value as promised and I was out of there in less than an hour. I've bought shoes taking a longer time. I highly recommend others to come here. It's one of the most professional and friendly dealers around and they make the car buying experience a more comforting one. More

We glided smoothly through the process and I found Kelly absolutely charming. No hard sell here - I really feel like she wanted me to be 100% happy and excited about the choice I would make. Everything was explained to me in language I understood and she didn't laugh at me even when I did a little happy dance. The dealership itself is elegant and professional - no yelling or people rushing around. Dare I say it was relaxing? I dare. Brianna listened to all my concerns and questions regarding my third purchase and patiently went through all the features and prices with me. This definitely helped me on making my final decision. When I went to pick up my 2014 Acura TL special edition I was extremely surprised and ecstatic to see a huge red bow on top of the car. Does'nt get any cooler than that. Acura of westchester treats you extremely well and Brianna is the best at what she does. I look forward to future dealings with both Acura and Brianna. After speaking with Jose over the phone , we were finally able to come down to the dealership. Here we go again. On my way home from New York I noticed the "Maint. Req'd" light. I went to Chris Colucci and without any wait, he came outside, checked the engine and made sure that the car was fine and the "Maint. Req'd" light. I just got to 100,000 miles and he told me that the light is just as a reminder that I have to do service on the car. He is the best Service Consultant you can find. I'm very happy with his help. More
