We just leased our fourth Acura, a 2014 RDX, from Acura of Westchester. As usual, Ken Hicks gave us an unbeatable price and took us out of our existing TSX lease early. I was looking for an Acura MDX to replace an older model I had purchased from another dealership. Spoke with Matt Belov and Jose Crespo last year in November and in December. My wife gave Matt her information as well as a copy of her license. We test drove the RDX Tech Package with Jose. Jose called me on the last week of December, only to tell me he'll call back with numbers. He never did. We decided to go to another dealer. To make this long story short we are very interested in purchasing the RDX with Tech Package but since your manager "Tony" said I can take my business elsewhere, I will. His exact words were " This is how we do business, I was to give him the information and if not that I can do business elsewhere."
