Jose Crespo was an excellent salesman! We established a great understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle & price. I was able to negotiate a great deal for myself in less than 30 minutes and walke great understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle & price. I was able to negotiate a great deal for myself in less than 30 minutes and walked out with a brand new Acura TL that same day. The staff worked great together and the Finance Manager Al did everything to make sure the deal worked for both parties. Jose checked on me that night and the following day to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle. I definitely plan on returning to this dealership for my next vehicle. The selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot was more than enough to choose from. I don't see how somebody can't leave that dealership without a car. So if you need a new or pre-owned vehicle go see my guy Jose Crespo, he'll work to make sure you get what you want at a fair price. More

I had such a great experience with Brianna Tozzo when I purchased my TSX in 2011 that I did not hesitate to contact her when I was ready to get my next vehicle. Even though Brianna was out of town, she di purchased my TSX in 2011 that I did not hesitate to contact her when I was ready to get my next vehicle. Even though Brianna was out of town, she didn't want to make me wait and she stayed on top of things, checking her email and getting me in touch with Kelly Ryder who was also terrific! Kelly worked with me and was in frequent communication with updates, and I was able to get my RDX within just a few days of contacting Brianna. They are competitive with prices and beat the offers that I had from other dealerships. Danny was also a pleasure to work with. The staff at Acura of Westchester are friendly and easy to work with. Even though I am now living on Long Island, it is worth the drive to continue to come here. Their service department is wonderful too! More

We were taken on a test drive of the car I was interested in, and being that my lease was up on my current vehicle they ensured that my transition from my previous car to my new car was SEAMLESS. They took care of everything and worked with me on my budget. I never once felt pressured into getting the vehicle and I REALLY loved the car after he showed and explained all of the details to me. I was also introduced to the manager who was great to work with as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Acura Westchester to anyone I know, Jose was GREAT!! Keep up the great work!! More
Wait time estimated by service consultant, confirmed by manager is 1.5 hours. Factually - today, 2 hrs 25 min after two complaints. Last time - over 2 hrs and i skipped the car wash. To placate me, manager manager is 1.5 hours. Factually - today, 2 hrs 25 min after two complaints. Last time - over 2 hrs and i skipped the car wash. To placate me, manager gave me a 15% discount i am entitled to anyway as car was bought at this dealership. I had a Volvo for 6 yrs and loved their service. I hate lax service standards. Promised delivery time is a basic standard. It is an F for quality. More
This was my second purchase from Acura of Westchester. I had been looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, (certified used) however I was not impressed with a 3 month warranty. I had initially looked at the RDX bu had been looking at a Jeep Grand Cherokee, (certified used) however I was not impressed with a 3 month warranty. I had initially looked at the RDX but the salesman, Jonathan, clearly knows his customers, had mentioned that one of his regular customers had just traded in an MDX with very little mileage, and the customer keeps his cars immaculate, he suggested I look at this SUV. The point is that, Jonathan, knows the customers, and the carfs, and I am now happily in gently used, certified MDX. I have purchased many cars over the years, Volvo Audi, Mercedes. This is the first dealer I have dealt with that really felt like family, they all claim this, but like I said, this was my second purchase from the same dealer. I can't say that about the others. We arrived at 2p to pick up our car and left at 8:30p. (SIX AND A HALF HOUR WAIT FOR OUR NEW CAR). Frank and Liam gave us a gift certificate to get lunch and then threw in all weather mats for the wait. However, due to miscommunication between service and sales and a mistake made which did not get our purchased vehicle through CT inspection when needed along with repairs needed found during the certified inspection process (which the inspection process did not even begin until afte we had already been there for a couple of hours) caused this extremely unacceptable wait. We were ready to walk out during the process. We live an hour and a half from the dealership so it did not make sense to return home. We are very happy with the car and we did receive the mats. The finance employee (lives in New Milford-sorry cannot remember name) was extremely helpful and friendly. Liam and Frank make a great team. However, the ball was severely dropped. Someone should have called us to let us know to re-schedule to pick up the next day if there were so many problems! What should have been a great experience - picking up the nicest car we have every purchased - ended up being the worst sales experience. More
