When walking into Acura of Westchester, I was greeted with warm smiles and a very nice, "Hello, can I help you?" I explained what I was looking for and then directed to Matt Belov. Matt was very nice as he listened to my tale of having to get rid of my sporty sedan in favor of a more family oriented vehicle. I looked online at what they had in stock and told Matt that I would like to see the car I had picked out online. I said that I was looking at the 2 cars I mentioned and was looking to decide in the next few days which car I would be purchasing. No pressure from Matt, he showed me the car, we worked through the numbers and I was out within 45 minuted with the info I needed. I went to my next dealer and just did not find the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the options I wanted. I called Matt to purchase the RDX about 2 hours later. The whole process was about an hour and I picked up the car a day later. The team I worked with at Acura of Westchester, Matt, Danny, and Alex, was 100% on point, and left me with a very positive feeling. He was friednly, professional and most importantly did not pressure me in any way. We agreed on a price the night of 2/24 and Jonathan found me the color I wanted and was able to have the car ready for me to pick up the night of 2/26 (which I needed since I was leaving for a trip).
