My overall experience was amazing AOW made buying my first car very easy and affordable. Jose and Frank went out of there way to make sure I got the car that I wanted. I was apprehensive to meet the salesman, because of prior experiences at other dealerships. Jose Crespo was very polite and professional upon handshake. Jose did not exude the typical "salesman" pitch that makes everyone fear of buying/leasing a car. Jose showed interest in my needs in a car and the concerns I had with not going over my budget by gathering information from his active listening skills. Jose fostered open communications that definitely removed any mistrust I had in regards to salespeople and dealerships. Acura of Westchester was the best customer and brand experience I've ever had.
