I was interested in trading my 2010 MDX for a new 2014 model. I emaled the dealership on Monday 2/24 to get some general information about trading in my car and getting a lease on a 2014 - within a few h model. He was friednly, professional and most importantly did not pressure me in any way. We agreed on a price the night of 2/24 and Jonathan found me the color I wanted and was able to have the car ready for me to pick up the night of 2/26 (which I needed since I was leaving for a trip). I was choosing between a Certified Pre Owned Acura RDX from Acura of Westchester, and a Certified review. The team at Acura of Westchester was great! When walking into Acura of Westchester, I was greeted with warm smiles and a very nice, "Hello, can I help you?" I explained what I was looking for and then directed to Matt Belov. Matt was very nice as he listened to my tale of having to get rid of my sporty sedan in favor of a more family oriented vehicle. I looked online at what they had in stock and told Matt that I would like to see the car I had picked out online. I said that I was looking at the 2 cars I mentioned and was looking to decide in the next few days which car I would be purchasing. No pressure from Matt, he showed me the car, we worked through the numbers and I was out within 45 minuted with the info I needed. I went to my next dealer and just did not find the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, with the options I wanted. I called Matt to purchase the RDX about 2 hours later. The whole process was about an hour and I picked up the car a day later. The team I worked with at Acura of Westchester, Matt, Danny, and Alex, was 100% on point, and left me with a very positive feeling. Jose Crespo was an excellent salesman! We established a great understanding of what I was looking for in a vehicle & price. The staff worked great together and the Finance Manager Al did everything to make sure the deal worked for both parties. Jose checked on me that night and the following day to make sure everything was fine with the vehicle. I definitely plan on returning to this dealership for my next vehicle. The selection of new and pre-owned vehicles on the lot was more than enough to choose from. I don't see how somebody can't leave that dealership without a car. I had such a great experience with Brianna Tozzo when I purchased my TSX in 2011 that I did not hesitate to contact her when I was ready to get my next vehicle. Kelly worked with me and was in frequent communication with updates, and I was able to get my RDX within just a few days of contacting Brianna. They are competitive with prices and beat the offers that I had from other dealerships. Danny was also a pleasure to work with. The staff at Acura of Westchester are friendly and easy to work with.
