I leased two new vehicals from Acura of Westchester. Liam Tully and Frankie Ferraro were very knowledgeable of of the many models to choose from. My first lease with them had some credit challenges and Liam Tully and Frankie Ferraro were very knowledgeable of of the many models to choose from. My first lease with them had some credit challenges and Liam worked with Acura finance and not only got me approved but was able to obtain a very good monthly payment. As a result of leasing my first Acura I was able to reestablish my good credit rating and enjoy an awesome TL at the same time. I have since recommended both Liam and Frankie along with Acura of Westchester to not only my friends but to my family as well. In addition to the great experience with Liam and Frankie, Acura of Westchester has an outstanding service department that is in a class of its own with great customer service that I've never had any other dealership. We have multiple cars at my home. Shopping for a new car has not always been a pleasant experience as most people would agree. That is until I walked into Acura of Westechester. I met with Jonathan Zung w has not always been a pleasant experience as most people would agree. That is until I walked into Acura of Westechester. I met with Jonathan Zung with an interest in the 2014 MDX. Jonathan's professional and courteous demeanor was a bit refreshing. He sat with me and went over all of the highlights that come standard as well as other options available for the MDX. He recommended a test drive of the car and he pointed out the many new features on this year's model. I also met with Kenny Hicks who was very gracious and welcoming. He offered me a refreshment and was very helpful at detailing the differences between leasing and financing a vehicle. He was very patient and helpful. I decided on leasing the 2014 MDX and have had it now for over a week. I have had my share of cars (BMW, Toyota, and Nissan to name a few) and this is by far the vehicle I like best. I walked away so impressed with service I received from Kenny and Jonathan that I told my dad to speak to them about leasing his next car from them. He met with them last Friday and will be picking up his newly leased ILX tomorrow. My hats off to the folks at Acura of Westchester. They made the car buying experience truly pleasant!!! More

My overall experience was amazing AOW made buying my first car very easy and affordable. Jose and Frank went out of there way to make sure I got the car that I wanted.
