I was more than expecting the fast talking, pretentiously empathetic salesman, that was going to try to convince me to buy anything but what I intended when I first walked though the door. Needless the say, that was not the case when I set foot inside of Acura of Westchester. My interaction with Rob felt genuine. It felt more like an open dialogue than someone trying to sell me something. He simple asked what I was looking for, told me the pros and surprisingly the cons as well as viable alternatives. It was a extremely pleasant experience; far from some of the nightmarish experiences that came across while researching my car purchase. More

Great experience- and I went to several dealerships while searching for a pre-owned MDX. I found Vin online, when inquiring about how sales tax would work since I'm from out of state. Vin was great about taking me and my husband out for several test drives- in terrible weather- and always cleaned all the snow (probably sleet and hail, too) from the cars so we could really look at the body. He was always very good about answering my (many) questions via email. I highly recommend the dealership, but Vin in particular- because he is very trustworthy. He even shipped me some things after the sale (cap/mug) because they were all out on the night we went to pick up the car. More

My experience dealing with Nick was professional and comfortable from the initial phone call to the signature on the line. The atmosphere at the dealership overall was not the typical and certainly not comfortable from the initial phone call to the signature on the line.
