Overall experience I worked with Kelly and she was absolutely amazing. I previously called other dealers before going there and they were giving me a hard time (hanging I worked with Kelly and she was absolutely amazing. I previously called other dealers before going there and they were giving me a hard time (hanging up on me, lying) but from the moment I stepped into the Acura of Westchester she made me feel comfortable and like a customer. Unlike other sales people she actually cares about what you want and doesn't try to swindle you. I bought the ilx and she made sure everything was perfect. I know that if I need something I could email her and she'll do her best to solve the issue. I highly recommend going to her to buy your next car, you will not regret it! I also spoke to Frank for a short amount of time but he was nothing but nice. Reassuring me that everything will get done and run smoothly. They make sure you're in and out of there, leaving with a smile on your face. No hassle of unneeded stuff, just purchasing your car sign a few papers and you're ready to drive off the lot! He then asked me what kind if car I was driving and I told him a 1012 MDX. He said well your waiting anyway why not sit with me and go over a few options. I agreed and he took his time to explain the benefits of me getting out of my car early and into a new MDX, getting into a 2013 loaner car he had or simply buying my own car off if lease. Believe it or not he made a lot of since so I called my wife and we decided to do it!! Frank and his partner Liam made the experience fast and pleasurable. Went in hoping to terminate my lease on a ford escape to get a new Acura. Frank worked with me as best as he could but Ford would not let him to anything so I terminated the lease early myself. Liam drove me to the Ford dealer to help me terminate my lease and I was in and out of the dealership the same day with a brand new RDX. ACURA OF WESTCHESTER & BRIANNA TOZZO I don't think of purchasing a car as a "fun experience". I am a single woman who knows very little and always feel that I am being taken advantage o I don't think of purchasing a car as a "fun experience". This time I went to Acura of Westchester and was assisted in my search by Brianna Tozzo, who I saw on the commercial. For the first time when investigating a car purchase I was honestly informed, give a lesson in cars and in purchasing cars and at the end of the experience, excited about getting a car!!! Brianna took the time to outline my needs and lifestyle to determine what car was best for me. She was informative, and honest while being charming and amusing.
