ACURA OF WESTCHESTER & BRIANNA TOZZO I don't think of purchasing a car as a "fun experience". I am a single woman who knows very little and always feel that I am being taken advantage o I don't think of purchasing a car as a "fun experience". I am a single woman who knows very little and always feel that I am being taken advantage of when I need to lease a new car every 3 years or so. But not this time................ This time I went to Acura of Westchester and was assisted in my search by Brianna Tozzo, who I saw on the commercial. For the first time when investigating a car purchase I was honestly informed, give a lesson in cars and in purchasing cars and at the end of the experience, excited about getting a car!!! Brianna took the time to outline my needs and lifestyle to determine what car was best for me. She was informative, and honest while being charming and amusing. My biggest fear was not having such great credit and paying so much monthly. With his help i learned so much about the cars they had in the lot. We test drove so many, he showed me every possible cool features that i expressed I wanted, talked about what I desire from car and came down to a gorgeous 2014 ILX I call ACE :-) the process was smooth and easy, i got approved within the day.. He kept in contact with me every step of the way even a week later following up to ensure I made the right decision and gave me more pointers on the car. As this was my first car my biggest worry was getting a dealer that just wanted the sale but with Anthony I was so comfortable, we laughed we talked, he broke down prices and might I add I'm paying less then what I budgeted to spend which was amazing and deff a great thing to know that I was over budgeting. I would 100% recommend Anthony to help anyone through a car search journey and let alone the dealer the minute I came in all I seen was smiles from the workers and customer which was so awesome! OH YEaH he also sent me a cute card expressing how it was nice to be part of my first car purchase that was cool! thank you sooooo much! More
