Purchase of Used RDX Let's face it -- buying a used car is not an easy experience. We worked with Jose to buy a used RDX for our daughter. He was very friendly, and prof Let's face it -- buying a used car is not an easy experience. We worked with Jose to buy a used RDX for our daughter. He was very friendly, and professional. My husband did a tremendous amount of research so we knew what the cars should sell for. We did not get a great deal, but we got a fair deal. We were on a tight time frame for the purchase, and drove 1 1/2 hours, so we couldn't afford to wangle too much with the price. I hate the whole negotiation process, but it was not as excruciating as it could have been. The car was in good condition. We did discover after getting it home that the antenna was loose / bent - the whole base was loose and it would have let water in. We just didn't look closely enough when we picked it up --- buyers of used cars beware ... look EVERYWHERE for damage), and really didn't want to drive back down there. However, took it to a local Acura dealer who reattached it free of charge under the certification program. Overall, Jose was great. The dealership does everything they can to make the experience a good one. I would highly recommend him as a salesperson, and the dealership in general. More
