Ken Hicks is available, receptive and easy to speak with. Jonathan Zung was available, on top of whatever I required and managed my what could be demanding personality with a smile. Alex Piccirillo is always so helpful and ready to assist. I am so grateful for his knowledge, his time and attention to detail. I am sure I may be leaving someone out. If so I apologize. Everyone who I have worked with has been helpful, organized, efficient, courteous and responsive. I go to Acura because of this dealership, this team. They are the reason I keep coming back. 2014 Acura ILX As soon as i arrived to Acura of Westchester, Jose approached my family and i with so much energy and determination. My biggest concern was my budget, but Jose works very well with numbers and was able to give me an accurate estimate of what my monthly payments would be which made me feel confident.
