Upgrade without the Headache I went to AofW to explore upgrading my 2009 MDX with a newer model...to see what equity I had in the car, what the newer models looked like, etc. I went to AofW to explore upgrading my 2009 MDX with a newer model...to see what equity I had in the car, what the newer models looked like, etc. I was introduced to Jose Crespo and he was not at all pushy. He was helpful and straightforward in talking about the trade-in value of my car and figuring out the costs/options for a 2011 MDX. I say he wasn't pushy as I left without really committing one way or another to getting a newer car. Since Jose was persistent, he followed up with me and I explained the new parameters for what I was looking for: newer car, lower payments, smaller car. We quickly concluded a deal over the phone to get me into 2015 RDX Lease. Easy and pleasent to deal with. I have to say the best part was coming in with my two kids to sign the deal and pick up the car. We did the business stuff and Jose (and team) took care of it all...insurance, transfer, fees, etc., but even after that, Jose was still attentive and let the kids help switch the plates and showed them the engine and other features. A Refreshingly Good Sales Experience I admit to having some trepidation at the thought of leasing a new car. For one thing, I'm awful at this stuff, and I hate the customary high-pressur I admit to having some trepidation at the thought of leasing a new car. For one thing, I'm awful at this stuff, and I hate the customary high-pressure tactics. My fears were borne out when I went to two Acura dealers within striking distance of my home. I felt a certain amount of artificially-imposed urgency to buy (i.e., the old "We don't know how much longer the factory will give us this kind of discount") and mostly listened to canned and somewhat dismissive sales pitches. Not so Acura of Westchester. Everything was low-key, professional, friendly. I especially liked my sales rep., Jonathan Zung, who remarked at the outset that he "wanted to make the process easy." He did just that, including picking me up at a Mini dealer some 40 minutes away where I had dropped off my former car (he was able to get me out of my lease 3 months early). He did many other things as well--all very proficiently--to help smooth the process. Jonathan also happens to be smart, personable and positive--"intangibles" on which I place a particularly high premium. Thus far, I love my Acura RDX. I also think I've found a good home for servicing it and, potentially, for leasing or buying other cars for me and my family down the road. Kudos to Acura of Westchester and to Jonathan Zung! More

Great experience I just bought my first car! I can't tell you how great of an experience it was working with John Zung. Not only did he patiently walk me through the I just bought my first car! I can't tell you how great of an experience it was working with John Zung. Not only did he patiently walk me through the process of what type of Acura to buy (used, new), I ended up buying the TL, but made sure I understood the difference between the other brand of car I was compering the Acura to. As you can imaging I took more than my time to decide on what I wanted and one of the factors of me purchasing my car through John was because he never rushed me or made me feel that I was wasting his time with all my questions.
