A Refreshingly Good Sales Experience I admit to having some trepidation at the thought of leasing a new car. For one thing, I'm awful at this stuff, and I hate the customary high-pressur I admit to having some trepidation at the thought of leasing a new car. For one thing, I'm awful at this stuff, and I hate the customary high-pressure tactics. My fears were borne out when I went to two Acura dealers within striking distance of my home. I felt a certain amount of artificially-imposed urgency to buy (i.e., the old "We don't know how much longer the factory will give us this kind of discount") and mostly listened to canned and somewhat dismissive sales pitches. Not so Acura of Westchester. Everything was low-key, professional, friendly. I especially liked my sales rep., Jonathan Zung, who remarked at the outset that he "wanted to make the process easy." He did just that, including picking me up at a Mini dealer some 40 minutes away where I had dropped off my former car (he was able to get me out of my lease 3 months early). He did many other things as well--all very proficiently--to help smooth the process. Jonathan also happens to be smart, personable and positive--"intangibles" on which I place a particularly high premium. Thus far, I love my Acura RDX. I also think I've found a good home for servicing it and, potentially, for leasing or buying other cars for me and my family down the road. Kudos to Acura of Westchester and to Jonathan Zung! More

Great Customer service experience On Friday, May 29, I took delivery of my new 2015 Acura RDX. My sales person was Jose Crespo. When I walked into the Acura of Westchester showroom. On Friday, May 29, I took delivery of my new 2015 Acura RDX. My sales person was Jose Crespo. When I walked into the Acura of Westchester showroom. Mr. Crespo approached me with a friendly greeting and caring demeanor. I explained that I had been to another Acura dealership and after the sales pitch, I signed the necessary paperwork and gave a deposit. I was then directed to the waiting area so that I could meet with the a business manager and complete the process. They kept me waiting for 45 minutes. I noticed my paperwork still on the receptionist’s desk. It was a though they forgot I was there. My sales person was with another client and needed to be paged at which point I needed to leave. I asked that the business manager call me so that we could set up a mutual time to complete the process. The call never came. A few days later, I called back to try to resume where I left off. The business manager I spoke to asked if he could call me back in 10 minutes. I absolutely agreed. After an hour of no call back, I tried again and spoke to the same manager. He couldn’t remember my name or the conversation even though he repeated my name and number. At that point I decided I was not going to bend over backwards to give them MY money. It should be the other way around. I cancelled my order and demanded a refund to my deposit. As a previous Acura owner/leaser, I was still interested in a new lease but, I was apprehensive about giving Acura my business because of my unpleasant experience at the other Acura dealership. I have to admit, my guards were up and I was ready for another unpleasant event. However, Mr. Crespo went out of his way to calm my concerns with knowledgeable, no nonsense answers to my questions. He completely turned a bad experience into a good one. The signing process was quick and seamless thanks to Jose. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge Jose Crespo for his professional, personal, knowledgeable and kind disposition. It was a pleasure doing business with him and Acura of Westchester. More
My 8th Acura This is my eighth Acura with this dealership! I have always worked with Frank Ferraro and Danny Giannotti, as well as their amazing partner Liam. Eve This is my eighth Acura with this dealership! I have always worked with Frank Ferraro and Danny Giannotti, as well as their amazing partner Liam. Every time I come "home" to this dealership, I am greeted with super star treatment and always feel completely at ease with these fine men. Their service is top notch, effective, and always in the most time efficient manner possible. Every time we leave the dealership, we are the proud new owner of the latest and greatest within our budget. Knowing friends and family who work at other dealerships, I still continue to make Acura of Westchester my decision, and I have never once had any regrets. Thank you to Frankie, Liam, and Danny for always helping me and my family get into the best truck and car on the road. My husband jokes that I am an "Acura girl" and I always will be! Top notch service, Top Notch people, and Top Notch cars!!!!! BTw, I just purchased not one but 2 Acuras!! The 2015 RDX and the 2014 Acura TL and I love them both! Gratitude I leased what I believe is now my fourth or 5th Acura form Acura of Westchester this week. I love that when I walk in I am welcomed by name. Ken Hicks is available, receptive and easy to speak with. Jonathan Zung was available, on top of whatever I required and managed my what could be demanding personality with a smile. Alex Piccirillo is always so helpful and ready to assist. I am so grateful for his knowledge, his time and attention to detail. I am sure I may be leaving someone out. If so I apologize. Everyone who I have worked with has been helpful, organized, efficient, courteous and responsive. I go to Acura because of this dealership, this team. They are the reason I keep coming back. My biggest concern was my budget, but Jose works very well with numbers and was able to give me an accurate estimate of what my monthly payments would be which made me feel confident. Jonathan was also very sure I understood every aspect of the paperwork and car review. The final price provided by Danny was very competitive which was important to me. It was a no nonsense approach by both of them that I truly appreciate. I would certainly recommend both Jonathan and Danny to anyone interested in an Acura. More
