After a not so pleasant experience with another Acura dealership, I was pleasantly pleased with the all around service at Acura of Westchester. From the moment I walked in Jose Crespo was amazing. Jose was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer my excessive amount of questions. If you are a SERIOUS BUYER, this is definitely the place to go and Jose is the man to speak with (many options for different budgets). I would also like to thank Danny, Alvin and Alex for helping me when I would pop up and Jose was out. I absolutely LOVE my 2012 Acura TSX and when I am ready to upgrade I will be calling Jose. Thank You again!!! More

Beyond my expectations I went in for a recall when I got there I didn't expect much. Alvin took care of me right away I had some concerns with my TPMS sensors not working co I went in for a recall when I got there I didn't expect much. Alvin took care of me right away I had some concerns with my TPMS sensors not working correctly, and Alvin went above and beyond to get my sensors fixed they actually were missing and Alvin understood my concerns and we called Acura and because of him now I have them fixed. He is very cool to work with he understands your time and your needs and works to get you the best quality for your time. More

"Should have visited sooner!" I had been loyal to another brand car/dealership for the past several years. I went back to that dealership to lease a new car last week. I noticed se I had been loyal to another brand car/dealership for the past several years. I went back to that dealership to lease a new car last week. I noticed several new faces, but one familiar one remained. When I went to get quotes I felt that I was getting the "runaround" not to mention the salesman didn't want to honor the $500 family loyalty program. After my entire family has been great customers, I was shocked. This is no way to treat repeat customers. A salesperson who gets complacent with his good clientele, is not a good salesperson. I decided that to start looking elsewhere. I remembered having a great experience with Kenny at Acura of Westchester 10 years ago. My husband and I were introduced to Frankie & Liam. These 2 gentlemen rolled out the red carpet for us. They went above and beyond to make our car-buying experience a complete pleasure, rather then the "typical dread" it can sometimes be. Furthermore, Kenny is still there and made it a point to come over and introduce himself and assist in the deal. I am thrilled with my new RDX. I can't wait till my families other leases come due and bring them down to Acura and introduce them to Frankie and Liam. In today's world products are readily available to us with nearly the click of a mouse. However, reputation and customer service are the things that make the difference and motivate people to come back! Thank you. More
Overall good car buying experience Recently bought pre-owned ACURA MDX 2014 from Acura of Westchester. Worked with Jose for the purchase and it was great working with him. Felt like we were working towards mutual benefit and not killing each other out in negotiations(sense of partnership). Finance & delivery were not so pleasure experience. Working with Alex in Finance felt like I am working with my Boss (there were a sense of hierarchy in a way he was talking, which I didn't quite enjoy. Specially given how things went with Jose, my expectations were high). For delivery, Again Jose was nice but the lady I worked with seemed bit rude. Didn't even talk to us much beyond sign this and that and here are your keys(Was constantly talking with a colleague next desk while Me and a Friend were sitting in front of her) Overall experience: Jose: 5 on 5 Alex: 3 on 5 lady(I don't know the name): 3 on 5 More

We considered other vehicles but the thought quickly faded when we visited the showroom and all of the details of our future lease were presented. We loved our MDX but were ready to downsize. All of the features of the RDX were presented and made us feel confident in our decision. The service was excellent. Everyone is friendly but also extremely efficient. These people know what they are talking about and back it up. I have highly recommended Acura of Westchester in the past and will continue to do so. More
