I just leased the NEW ACURA TLX and couldnt be happier about the entire experience. I am one who has always been bothered by the whole car buying experience, always feeling like I have been taken advantage of even when I did my homework in order to ensure a fair deal. That all changed today thanks to Liam and Frank. From the start, Liam and Frank answered all of my questions clearly and concisely, and even provided answers to quetions I should have asked but didn't. The entire time I was made comfortable and never felt any of the high-pressure tactics you would commonly expect. Even more impressive was their ability to actually make the deal with me rather than negotiate for me with the faceless manager in th eback office (I never cared for that). When taking delivery, Liam was sure to go over all of the features of the vehicle with me to make sure I was comfortable. To put it bluntly, I have never been this excited about the new car buying experience (and this is at least No. 9!). More
