A Great experince buying my first car, FLAWLESS!!! After a lot of research for a safe, reliable and affordable car I found myself leaning toward an Acura. After a not so pleasant experience with another Acura dealership, I was pleasantly pleased with the all around service at Acura of Westchester. From the moment I walked in Jose Crespo was amazing. Jose was very attentive to my needs and was able to answer my excessive amount of questions. If you are a SERIOUS BUYER, this is definitely the place to go and Jose is the man to speak with (many options for different budgets). I would also like to thank Danny, Alvin and Alex for helping me when I would pop up and Jose was out. I absolutely LOVE my 2012 Acura TSX and when I am ready to upgrade I will be calling Jose. Beyond my expectations I went in for a recall when I got there I didn't expect much. Alvin took care of me right away I had some concerns with my TPMS sensors not working co I went in for a recall when I got there I didn't expect much. Alvin took care of me right away I had some concerns with my TPMS sensors not working correctly, and Alvin went above and beyond to get my sensors fixed they actually were missing and Alvin understood my concerns and we called Acura and because of him now I have them fixed. He is very cool to work with he understands your time and your needs and works to get you the best quality for your time. More
