I just leased the NEW ACURA TLX and couldnt be happier about the entire experience. I am one who has always been bothered by the whole car buying experience, always feeling like I have been taken advantage of even when I did my homework in order to ensure a fair deal. That all changed today thanks to Liam and Frank. From the start, Liam and Frank answered all of my questions clearly and concisely, and even provided answers to quetions I should have asked but didn't. The entire time I was made comfortable and never felt any of the high-pressure tactics you would commonly expect. Even more impressive was their ability to actually make the deal with me rather than negotiate for me with the faceless manager in th eback office (I never cared for that). When taking delivery, Liam was sure to go over all of the features of the vehicle with me to make sure I was comfortable. Great sales and service department I purchased my TL from Matt and loved him instantly! He is so warm, friendly and inviting and made the process painless for me and my husband! He did whatever he could to make the transition from my TSX into the TL easy and painless! My husband was so impressed that he went in 4 days later and brought a MDX as well! Matt did what he could to keep the payments just were we wanted. We had the pleasure of meeting Jose as well who was awesome as he explained all the features on the car to me before we drove off with it. Frank in finance was amazing as well, he did whatever he could to make these cars happen for us! Since having the TL I brought it in for service once, Alvin is great! He so personable, sweet and super easy to get along with. I called him one day while I was driving because I had a problem with the car and he told me to drive right in with it and he would take a look, and while I was there he personally checked my oil! Hes amazing! I have been so happy with the whole team at Acura and cannot see myself going anywhere else! More
