He is great with dealing with my service needs on my new ILX. I had an issue with body damage with my ILX and he was able to get it all sorted out and done hassle-free. Since I work a lot, I have trouble getting my car serviced but Alvin was able to get me in for my first oil change during the evening which was very convenient for me. If you ever need help in getting your Acura serviced, Alvin would definitely be the best person to go to. Overall, Acura of Westchester is a great dealership. I made a great choice. More

I dealt with Brianna and she was SOOOO good! She answered all my questions and did not make me feel uncomfortable or overwhelmed about the whole leasing process. They weren't focused on hustling me or getting me into something I couldn't afford. They made sure to get me the lowest finance rates even if it meant driving back the next morning to sign new papers. I love my car but I love the experience even more. Thanks guys More

I was able to shop around peacefully and when I was ready to ask for help someone was there to help me. Everyone is very friendly and attentive. My sales rep JULIAN MORAND was amazing! Also, i arrived right before closing time and he made me feel as if he had just got to work and was not rushing me out the door. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He was so helpful in finding me the perfect car to fit my family as well as my budget. He did not make feel as if he were just trying to make a commission. If anyone is a first time buyer and you don't want to feel rushed on persuaded into just any car this is the place to go. I recommend JULIAN MORAND if your looking to work with someone who is genuine and truly interested in helping you.
