I was met by Julian Morand and gave him the rundown of what I was looking for & interested in. He recognized that I had done my research & had a good understanding of what I wanted. He & is manager, Frank Ferraro, were very straight forward as was I. I ended up leasing a 2015 RDX within 30min of walking on the premises. Paperwork, credit check, etc took no more than 20min. I came back the next afternoon to pick up the vehicle & was in & out in 15min. Total transaction time just over 1hr. Can't beat that. More

I've been to many Lexus dealerships before which always provided great service, but never had I been this impressed with the dedication and personal attention that I received at this Dealership. I had to get my faulty alarm sensor on my 2014 MDX replaced. I arrived without an appointment on a busy Sunday morning due to my busy work schedule and Chris Colucci fit me in for the service and got me out so I would get to work on time with my car cleaned inside and out.
