Never before, we feel so satisfied with the services from the Acura of Westchester. Especially Jonathan Zung, who is the gentleman that you should look for if you want to buy or lease cars. It took us only 3 times on the phone with Jonathan and each time less than 5 minutes yesterday and the deal went through smoothly. Although the last ten years, we had purchased 4 cars from different dealers( Murano SUV, Volk Wagon, Mercede Benz ML 350 and Porche Cayman) and leased 2 Acura MDX cars (Acura of Paragon), each of the deal left us with the sour taste in our mouths. We didn't expect any thing today when we stepped in the door of the Acura of Westchester because we thought that the history would repeat itself again. We were wrong. As Jonathan promised us yesterday " today you just come to sign and pick up the car." He was on the money. Our car was ready and waiting for us. However, when we got there, we changed our minds and asked him to up grade our car to advanced options. He was extremely patient and happy to provide us with more information about the options that we requested. Finally, we decided to keep our original option and went ahead to sign the lease. This is our first time to write a review for a car dealer. We have never written any review before because we never have had a good experience with any car dealers except Acura of Westchester. All in all , we want to thank Mr. Jonathan Zung and Acura of Westchester for providing us the smoothest and hassle free transaction ever. Again, thank you soooooo......much Acura of Westchester. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle but after the test drive and the obvious savings I would benefit from upgrading my vehicle it was only a no brainer that I made the switch. I would recommend anyone purchasing an Acura to visit the Acura of Westchester because of their exceptional customer service and deep knowledge on their vehicles. More

Pleasant surprise We went in because we made a mistake. We were 2 years into our 3 year lease and honestly, we lost track of the time and thought it was time to make a We went in because we made a mistake. We were 2 years into our 3 year lease and honestly, we lost track of the time and thought it was time to make a decision to buy or trade for a new lease. Jonathan was very nice and informative. He let us know that we could stay as we were or he could go crunch numbers and see what our luck was for lowering our payment for a 2015 that they needed to move. I had little hope at that (newer rdx - lower payment)... wouldn't hurt to see though. He came back beaming ear to ear... sure enough - lower payment... and no money down. Crazy. Before I could believe it and as easy as can be - we switched cars. no haggling. We waited too late (on our end) to get the wheel locks changed... so we had to come back the next day. I bet if I had remembered... we would have gone over to service then. Instead I came back the next morning before they had a chance to move the "old" rdx off the lot. Alvin walked over/through to the sales side before they were open to get clarification for my crazy request. He changed them out pretty quick (especially for no set appointment) and sent me on my way. This place does have excellent customer service. We have never had an issue here... More
