That makes everything simple, including contract-signing process by Finance department, resulting total customer satisfaction. 2. Delivery: Usually in stock but if not they will be ready in a week. Everything explained and introduced to Service Department. All paper works with insurance company/DMV cleared by AOW sales associates. 3. Overall great experience with no stress. Great Service! I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me a loaner after being told none would be available for weeks! He was very polite, helpful and personable, even giving my son a coloring book. He called in the time frame he said he would and even drove my car through the washer himself, as it was late and the car washers were gone for the day. I returned right before closing and Alvin was still there and still very courteous as well as the cashier Michelle. Safe to say I will schedule subsequent appointments with Alvin. More
