Jon was great, from the moment we sat down with him I felt comfortable and confident that he would get me into the right car that suited my needs. He comes off as being very sincere. He was not super aggressive as many car salesman can often be. Buying a car is a big deal and definitely not something to be rushed into. With Jon there was no rush and he did not make it seem as though I had to get an acura. He has a calmness and sense of honesty about him that made me trust that he would get me into the right car at the right price. Upon walking into the store, he was the first to greet us to make sure we were be looked after. Upon explaining our goals (we were looking to purchase a pre-owned Acura MDX), Jon was very methodical in his approach: he clearly outlined additional considerations for us to address to help him further refine our search for the right MDX (example: interior options), and then from there he was able to limit the search to about 5 cars which matched our criteria. He then took us to review the cars on the lot and did a test drive to make sure we got the right one. Once agreed on the car, he knew all the insurance and financial paperwork steps to get the transaction closed in a swift manner. Jon was never pushy (example: trying to get us to pay more for a more expensive car, etc.). He was wonderfully practical and we would recommend others work with him. More
