He did all the paperwork ahead of time and when I walked into the dealership on Tuesday, I signed a few pieces of paper and walked out the door with my car. Excellent being experience with Jon Addabbo We were suddenly faced with buying a car after our old one was totaled -- i went to several different dealerships looking for cars-- this dealership s We were suddenly faced with buying a car after our old one was totaled -- i went to several different dealerships looking for cars-- this dealership stood out -- not only because of the quality of the cars (which i had done a bit of research on) but the salesperson (Jon) greeted me immediately on entering (and not in an obtrusive way). I explained what i wanted and we went for a test drive -- we were looking for other deals not he same car and Jon said he would meet any price we brought him -- and he did -- he was incredibly professional , wonderful to deal with and had our car much sooner than expected (which was great for us as we were renting a vehicle and had only so much rental coverage from our insurance ) . Jon was patient (incredibly so !) in answering all of our questions and made the buying experience the best one I have had in 30 plus years of car buying. My salesperson Matt Belov was very informative and helpful. He gave me an overview of the TLX including features plus leasing options. Knowing that I was shopping other vehicles, Matt wasn't very pushy and let me shop around. He was confident the TLX was the best value for the money and I would return; and he was right! I worked with Matt and got a great price and an even better car! On the day of pickup Matt was off, however his business partnet Jose Crespo was equally helpful. A few days after my purchase, Matt followed up to see how things were going and if I needed anything. That level of courtesy and attention to detail is what makes this dealership so great. I'd recommend Matt and everyone else at Acura of Westchester for great a price and service. More
