Just plain easy I went into Acura of Westchester after having a bad experience at another metro area Acura dealer. I sat down with Matt, and within 10minutes, he and I went into Acura of Westchester after having a bad experience at another metro area Acura dealer. I sat down with Matt, and within 10minutes, he and Frankie agreed to my numbers. From that point on, no surprises, no changes, no back-pedaling, no timeline changes, nothing. Spent under an hour finalizing the deal and then less than 30min picking up the car a few days later. Matt even procured my preferred color from another dealer after me agreeing originally to find something on the lot. Easy, straightforward, and honest. And Matt is extremely courteous as well. Not sure what more you can want from a car dealer. More

In the case of the new TLX, Dmitri Novikov provided outstanding professional, personable, and enjoyable sales support through multiple visits, test drives and a lot of questions. I am very pleased with the results and the sales process. Over the years I have experienced excellent service with my previous Acura and especially commend Thomas Maxfield for his very capable and friendly support. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for excellent sales and service. Of course they do sell an excellent product. More
