Above and beyond service I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They I had came to Acura of Westchester with the intention of looking at an Acura TL SH-AWD and the moment I walked in I was greeted by Jose and Matt. They were really courteous and professional and answered all my questions. Jose and Matt made my purchase really easy and they were willing to go out of their way to add most of my requests when my car was ready to be picked up. They would take the time to show me the features of my car and Jose, Matt and Diane made sure that I was in and out with my paperwork so I could start to enjoy driving my car. The service department did a wonderful job as well and made sure I was taken care of with the 182 point inspection. I would recommend someone to purchase their car here and to see Jose and Matt. They make you feel at home and once you buy a vehicle from them, you would consider them as family from their exceptional and outstanding service Jose and Matt provided. Very Satisfied I don't usually like to take my cars to dealer for service, but I am glad I took it to Acura of Westerchester. I worked with several of the agents, Daniel, Nick, Julien, and Dimitri, and each provided great service and support. This speaks volumes about the GM, Ken Hicks, and what a first class operation he runs. Every detail is taken care of. A Key To A Successful Business One of the the reason why Acura of Westchester is such a successful enterprise no doubt is because Ken its General Manager knows that one of the most One of the the reason why Acura of Westchester is such a successful enterprise no doubt is because Ken its General Manager knows that one of the most important factors in running a successful business is to surround yourself with good people. From my experience - that is precisely what it seems he has done. Case and point - Beth Hicks from the service department. I recently had to bring my car in for a service. I needed a loaner car and generally and understandably they like for the customer to give them a week's advance notice so that they make sure that a loaner car of the customer's choosing is available. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances I was unable to give them the advance notice that they normally request. But rather then be met with a series of obstacles or excuses on how they could not comply with my request, Beth Hicks from the service department was super gracious, pleasant and worked with me, not against me, to try and accommodate my needs. She was about to say when my car was ready to be picked up that if I was happy with her service could I spread the word. I did not let her finish her sentence because that kind of pleasant and efficient service is precisely what a customer looks for and is why I have been a loyal customer of Kens and the Acura of Westchester dealership for several years.
