At the dealership, multiple people in sales were running back and forth, didn't seem to have done their homework right and went back on their words on pricing agreed on phone stating that there were some internal miscommunication (we were prepared to sign the papers if all was per phone conversations with them). It was a frustrating experience to interact with this dealership - wasted our significant time and effort in our buying process (glad we bought it elsewhere finally....). More

Renew my lease I went to renew my lease and Frank Ferraro always goes above and beyond to make sure that it was as smooth as possible.
