Fantastic experience! My wife and I went to see Frankie Ferraro regarding our concerns about the Takata airbag recall of our 2015 ILX. Frankie assured us everything was ok. My wife and I went to see Frankie Ferraro regarding our concerns about the Takata airbag recall of our 2015 ILX. Frankie assured us everything was ok...but my wife and I still had a doubt. Now, when I think of excellent customer service, I think of Frankie. With 16 months left on our lease, Frankie got us out of our lease and into a new 2016 TLX. Acura of Westchester ate the cost of the remaining 16 months and to top it of Frankie added in the commission of his last sell just to get the price/month down to what we were paying for the ILX. We were astonished! Of course we could have brought the ILX in for service to replace the airbag/s, but we were informed it could take up to 3 or 4 months before that could happen....during that time Acura would provide us with a rental car (meaning we would have to pay for two parking spots since Acura of Westchester couldn't hold our car). Instead of dealing with the headache, Frankie took the lead and made sure we were extremely satisfied customers. Great job Frankie! I've already recommended you to all of my friends and family. More
