In early March 2021, I bought my second Acura within two years from Acura of Westchester and dealt with Brianna Tozzo, Senior Sales Consultant and Frank Ferraro, Finance Director. I've been leasing my acura vehicle through Brianna since 2018 and I must say she does her best and in the best interest for the client Me. Kayla was wonderful to work with in the sales department. She was very kind, patient and responsive. Over the phone, Diane was not personable, was rude and dismissive. In person, Frankie was extremely rude and unprofessional, telling us he didn't like the car we were buying. He was cursing while speaking to my husband due to a mistake his team made and continued to repeat that the manager would be paying for the mistake. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would not recommend this dealership if you were going to have to deal with Frankie in finance. More
