I am a first time Acura buyer and I’m really glad I came to Acura of Wappingers Falls. Their selection of pre-owned Acuras was really impressive and I was able to find the right car with the options I wante to Acura of Wappingers Falls. Tariq at the parts counter was great too and willing to help me out with an accessory purchase for my car. Donnie in service even introduced me to Eddie, the service manager, so I’d know who I can talk to when I come back for service. I had an amazing experience with Acura of Wappingers. I chose to go to them first, even though they are far away from me, based on the experience of a family member. I first called about a lease option on a 2021 RDX, now working from home I would not be driving as often and thought a lease would be my best option. Upon further discussion with Brittni, we consider a lease, buying preowned and buying a brand new RDX off the lot. Brittni took my wants, needs and budget into consideration, they offered me a fantastic trade on my 2016 ILX, and I ended up buying a beautiful 2021 RDX. Matthew was my product specialist and he was excellent in organizing the transaction and reviewing the details of the SUV with me. They had everything ready for me to pick up, and even took the time to remove a very special sticker from my old car to take with me.
