We bought a used car and it turned out not to be what we needed, so we went back the very next day and the staff went above and beyond to help us get out of the vehicle we had just purchased and into a new needed, so we went back the very next day and the staff went above and beyond to help us get out of the vehicle we had just purchased and into a new one that was perfect for us. Jamil and Christina worked together along with the sales manager to help us out. We are so grateful that they were willing to take back the car they had sold us when they didn't have to, and they put our full down payment toward our new vehicle, not many car dealers would do that I don't think. This was my first Acura lease. Jamil was incredibly professional, was very knowledgeable about the car and options that were right for me, and as we discussed pricing he was able to work with the team professional, was very knowledgeable about the car and options that were right for me, and as we discussed pricing he was able to work with the team to get me within a budget I was comfortable. Great experience overall. My only complaint is the “breakup” charge if you do not buy or lease with Acura again. Other manufacturers give you a discount if you renew - keeps the sale and brand loyalty. Acura decides not to charge you if you renew - shame on you Acura. Otherwise satisfied! More
