I would first like to address the fact that I had to drive all the way from Schenectady, New York down to Wappinger Falls, New York to buy my Acura. Yes, there is an Acura dealer up here in Latham, New drive all the way from Schenectady, New York down to Wappinger Falls, New York to buy my Acura. Yes, there is an Acura dealer up here in Latham, New York, but I was not happy with the service that I was provided when I walked in. From The time I walked in, Octavius was very professional and made it very easy for me to purchase my Acura. I will highly recommend anyone who’s looking for some courteous service to visit this dealership. Octavious what’s very professional and wasn’t trying to force me to buy something that I did not want. I love the fact that I was able to go into the dealership. I already was pre approved For my loan and they did not make me feel bad for doing this. Again, it was worth the hour and a half ride to drive to the dealership no regrets.
