I was there again tonight because an alarm was going off and I didn't know why. Without hesitation, at 6:45 pm, the manager Phil Diorgio immediately came out to my car and resolved the issue. This is not and I didn't know why. Without hesitation, at 6:45 pm, the manager Phil Diorgio immediately came out to my car and resolved the issue. This is not the first time they've helped me. Words can't say enough. I love my RDX, so I am a huge endorser of Acura. When it's time to upgrade (hopefully later than sooner) this will be the dealership that I will buy from. The customer service here is off the charts. Thanks again...you are truly awesome! More
