My Acura integra is my 4th car from this dealership Riann Westerduin ,my sales rep. For the last three, there is no communication that she didn’t follow up with, she was just perfect. Four months before I bought a beautiful Honda Fit EX from Wappingers Falls Acura dealership, I’d purchased a Honda Fit EX in Westchester. I hadn’t yet had a chance to put 1500 miles on it when it was demolis Wappingers Falls Acura dealership, I’d purchased a Honda Fit EX in Westchester. I hadn’t yet had a chance to put 1500 miles on it when it was demolished by a rogue driver while parked at my apartment complex in CT. So I wasn’t completely thrilled to be car hunting when I showed up to talk to Joe about a car. Which makes it all the more remarkable that the experience of replacing my vehicle was completely pleasurable. Seriously, that’s how good Joe is at his job. From the friendly test drive to the transparency about pricing and the ease of financing (ouch at these interest rates, though), I could not have chosen a better place to get myself back on the road and over the trauma of my loss. Joe and his teammates at Acura worked together seamlessly to make me feel comfortable and well taken care of, no hustle, no stress.
