The business manager was brief and to the point. He did not try to sell me additional items after I told him at the outset that I didn't want them. Alex then reviewed the car's features with me. Since I always read car owner's manuals, he didn't have to explain very much. The entire delivery process took about one hour. I really appreciated that.
