This was not my first Acura experience. Before it was Acura of Wappingers Falls, I had 5 other Acura’s from Heart Acura. The sales managers were great too(Alyssa and Dan);We came to a deal quickly without any games or prying questions. Delivery was smooth too; I was in an out within an hour. Between getting the signed buyers order and deliver, Tara was prompt on answering questions and also got everything squared away for deliver day. I've had bad experiences with the way car sales people at other dealerships have treated me, so I began to not look forward to the dealership experience in general. However, Tara changed my mind by showing me there are still great sales people out there that want to make the car buying experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable.
