I must say that my car buying experience with Octavius at Acura of Wappingers Falls was the best car buying experience EVER. But, if I’m being honest when entering the establishment it didn’t feel so pleasant and inviting. I was told that I had to wait with no time frame given nor any refreshments offered. After a hour the Sales Manager introduced me to a Sales Rep ( Octavius). He was the perfect Sales Rep. He not only listens, he’s transparent, responsive, and very genuine. The Finance Rep (Jason) is also very transparent and accommodating. I must say after the initial unpleasant feel of the dealership, it was a pleasant car buying experience. More
