Truly bazaar dealing with this dealership. ..I had my 2018 Acura TLX certified from a dealership in NJ. I live local to Acura Wappingers or basically has always been the closest Acura dealer to ..I had my 2018 Acura TLX certified from a dealership in NJ. I live local to Acura Wappingers or basically has always been the closest Acura dealer to me. I have had my Acura serviced here since I got it and to be honest I never had an issue with service. I always keep my car serviced here for records. Fortunate enough my car is payed off and my CPO was up so wanted to get another vehicle. I kept getting letters in mail about me being loyal customer and Acura in Wappingers giving 20% on top of value or car. Please know this is an absolute lie! I stopped in there and was greeted by girl don't even remember her name because I literally sat at her desk for maybe 2 min saying I wanted to sell my car. Mind you my car did have minor accident that was reported and damage was mostly superficial and totally fixed. After it was fixed I had it re-wrapped again in Xpel PPF and no scratches, dents and interior flawless. Also under 56k and the offer I received when I was now outside waiting since awkwardly nobody saying anything else to me is handed to me in form of Carfax with quote which was the lowest I have received from all the dealerships I had been to. Go figure about loyalty. Also the owner who never greeted me claimed I took the paper out the girls hands when I was sitting at her desk 🤔. Claiming if I didn't like the offer I should of pleaded with them to fix it right there. Why? When my car was paid off and literally multiple places offered me great trade in value or money except you guys. Also if you're going to make false accusations about me sitting down and taking paper out her hands why don't you just look at the recording from your thousand cameras and see i was outside waiting when she handed it to me, lol! Absolutely zero class and I can't be made at saleslady when management is so dishonest. I'm going to show class unlike this place and say Acura's are great, it's just this dealership is horrible, thanks. More
