I have been coming to this dealership for years to have my Acura serviced. The service department is always friendly helpful and go out of their way to explain the service work performed. I went in to the dealership recently to purchase a new Acura, unfortunately your sales department still is of the mind that women know very little about purchasing an automobile. I own a customer service business and if any of my employees ever spoke to a customer in the arrogant condescending manner that your salesman spoke to me I would fire them on the spot with out question. Although I have always had a pleasant experience with your service department I will not be purchasing my next car from your dealership based on the experience with your sales department. Your salespeople should realize how insulting and disrespectful it is to be spoken to in a condescending manner especially since his pay depends on his ability to sell me a car. More
I bought my 2nd Acura at this dealership when it was owned by DCH. They worked so well with me that when it was time for my 3rd I returned...but found a VERY different dealership. The sales guy starte owned by DCH. They worked so well with me that when it was time for my 3rd I returned...but found a VERY different dealership. The sales guy started off by apologizing to me about anything the "horrible" people of DCH might have done...I just nodded as I didn't understand. Anyhow he ended up bringing around an extremely dirty TL and told me it was only that way because his manager has been using it and he had a bad knee so he couldn't clean it....really!?!! I thought maybe a newer one may be a better option and it was at this point he decided to tell me my current vehicle had been involved in a wreck per the carfax he had pulled...so the value of my trade wasn't going to be good. I told him I was sure he was mistaken and that's when he became argumentative and proceeded to "show" me where my bumper wasn't lined up. I decided at this point to walk out and THANK GOODNESS I did. I ended up at Ramsey Acura and bought a beautiful TL. Funny thing the car fax at Ramsey showed no accidents on my trade. This is not the same dealership it was or a dealership worthy of selling such a fine automobile. More
