When I walked into the dealership back in 2002 (My first time at an Acura Dealership) - I expected professional and personal sales experiance. My expectations were immediatelly realized and I was very pleased with sales process. (no pushy salesman, no nagging phone calls, - just pleasant, knowledgeable salesman with competetive pricing) I've bought my last two cars from Acura of Valley Stream, and I continue to service my cars at this dealership. I have been dealing with Acura of Valley Stream now for several years which in itself is a testament to my confidence and total satisfaction with them. I have personally purchased several cars from Acura o several years which in itself is a testament to my confidence and total satisfaction with them. I have personally purchased several cars from Acura of Valley Stream and I have also recommended them to numerous relatives and friends to see Steve Verga and they have all commented about how professional,knowledgable and thorough he was. I even get calls from Steve periodically to say hi and to find out how everything is going with our Acuras. He is a pleasure to work with and has always done his best to provide me with the best combination of value and service I have ever experienced in my 35+ years of purchasing vehicles. Truly a thumbs up experience on all counts. The service department deserves a separate mention. Norman the head of service is a terrifice asset to Acura. He is thoroughly knowledgable on every aspect of the Acura brand and aside from being the head of service he will roll up his sleeves and do the work or diagnosing when necessary. When was the last time you saw that. All the service writers are friendly and informative and I always get a follow up call reqarding my service appointments. I have friends who own much more expensive cars and their service experiences are not nearly like mine. There you have it, an excellent dealer and service department that has restored my faith in the automobile industry which at least in the tri-state area has been plagued with nightmare stories and unscrupulous dealerships. I recommend the next time you are in the market for a new vehicle go and visit Steve and Norm you will be glad you did! More

He was very understanding and patient with me and was willing to extend me the best deal possible on a 2008 RL...Norman the Service Manager has always treated me to my satisfaction and then some when it came to servicing my car...These guys and this dealership have been the best which was why I leased 2 vehicles and my sister leased 2 vehicles from them....I will be back again in the future. I will continue to reccomend these guys and this dealership. More

Steve is a friendly, patient, approachable and reliable salesperson and he never 'hard-sells'!! He is willing to answer all questions and makes the whole process simple. Of course, Acuras are amazing vehicles and have great value. Features that are considered options to other manufacturers are standard on the Acura...which is why I'm so brand loyal. I really enjoy the experience of acquiring my vehicle with this dealership...and I must say that the standard of excellence extends to their service department, as well! More
After 2 months of shopping, haggling and pure frustration with other dealers dealing with Valley Stream Acura was a relief. I knew before I left the dealership this would be where I purchase my MDX from. with other dealers dealing with Valley Stream Acura was a relief. After shopping at Lexus, Toyota and Nissan dealerships I can tell you that there was a huge difference in the way your "handled". I was referred to Steve by my father in law who also purchased a vehicle from them. He was patient, considerate and never tried to oversell.
