He gave me great advice which helped me understand clearly my options. Oh my God, Miss I. Sack takes care of Insurance. With her guidance and advice, I was able to get my insurance premium reduced. Lousy Service! I mean very lousy service. For more than a week, I have been trying to order a tail light for my 2020 MDX. Each time I call, I get a recording that I mean very lousy service. For more than a week, I have been trying to order a tail light for my 2020 MDX. Each time I call, I get a recording that puts me on a long hold for a good 20 minutes or so. Eventually someone comes on and transfer me to someone else who either cuts me off or put me on hold a second time and do not return. Today, 4/22/24 I've called four times and still haven't been able to speak to anyone. I stay on a long hold forever and then the line gets cut off each time I call. More
