I have brought my 2011 MDx to VS Acura many times. The staff is wonderful to deal with. My husband and I are usually very cautious when it comes to dealerships, so when it came time to return our over-mileage Acura MDX needless to say we were extra cautious. We came upon Valley Stream Acura a to dealerships, so when it came time to return our over-mileage Acura MDX needless to say we were extra cautious. We came upon Valley Stream Acura as a result of a terrible experience we had over at Paragon. We came in looking to speak to the Finance representative and since it was Saturday, no one was available, that's when Steve volunteered to help us. He was very sympathizing with our situation and made us feel safe. He was able to offer us a comfortable deal and most importantly he was honest. On the day we picked up the car, we brought in our two sons, 4 year old & 21 month old and they practically ravaged Steve's candy jar. Steve acknowledged them, made conversation with them and even posed like the Hulk for out little one, at one point it didn't feel like we were in a dealership but in a friends' living room talking.
